"Pretty confusing results"
I got my test results back and, i was lost. Like, really lost. The charts looked nice and all, but they didn’t really explain what any of it meant or what I was supposed to do next. I ended up having to Google a bunch of stuff myself, which kind of defeats the purpose. For the price, I expected more. Definitely more...

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order, but the site kept freezing right when I got to checkout. I had to type my info in more than once, and on top of that it kept making me verify myself again and again, which got old really fast. After all that, I still didn’t get a clear confirmation email, so I’m not even totally sure what happened. Annoying experience overall.

I was feeling hopeful when I tried this, but it just didn’t work for me. I still felt bloated, and my bathroom trips seemed to get worse instead of better.

This gave me a bad first impression. The report I got didn’t really line up with anything from my doctor’s test, so it was hard to take it seriously. I reached out to support hoping for some actual help, but the replies felt like copy-and-paste answers instead of someone actually looking into it.

I used it for a few weeks and didn’t feel much of a difference. I was hoping I’d notice something sooner, but it didn’t really do much for me. Kind of disappointing for the price

"Subscription was frustrating to deal with"
I really just wanted to try Biohm one time, but the whole subscription part ended up being frustrating. It wasn’t super clear to me when I’d be charged again, and I spent way more time than I expected trying to figure out how to cancel. Maybe I missed something obvious, but it definitely didn’t feel simple in the moment.
Customer support didn’t really help much either, which was disappointing. I’m sure the products themselves might work well for some people, and I’m not saying the whole company is bad, but the subscription management left a bad impression for me. I probably won’t order from BIOHM again...
"Still haven’t heard back from support"
I’ve sent a couple of emails and, as far as I can tell, it’s been about a week with no response. Frustrating when you’re just waiting for someone to get back to you.

"Shipping was slow, but the product did arrive"
I ordered from biohmhealth.com the shipping took a lot longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and wondering what was going on. It did eventually show up, and everything seemed fine once it arrived, I guess, but by then I was already annoyed. Maybe the products are worth it, but for a first order, the whole delivery experience didn’t leave the best impression.

"Probably not worth the price for me"
I decided to try Biohm Health because it seemed interesting and I was curious to see if it would actually make a difference. It was fine, I guess, but for the price I was expecting a lot more. I didn’t have any big “wow, this is worth it” moment.
Maybe it’s just one of those things that works better for some people, but I’m sure it didn’t do enough for me to buy it again. It kind of felt like I was paying more for the branding than the actual results.

I ordered from BIOHM, and the weird part is the product might be totally fine, but the delivery experience made the whole thing annoying. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself, and then it still showed up much later than I expected. I get that delays happen, but the lack of clear updates was frustrating. For me, the shipping just wasn’t reliable.

I was hopeful Biohm would fit into my diet since I have some strict food limits, but it just didn’t really work out for me. The ingredients and choices felt a little confusing, and I wasn’t sure what was actually okay for me to use. I ended up stopping quickly. It might be fine for other people, but it wasn’t a good fit for me

"I ordered from BIOHM and the product..."
I ordered from BIOHM and the product itself seems fine so far, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box showed up a bit crushed, and there really wasn’t much protection inside. One of the containers also had some dust around the seal, which didn’t give the best first impression. For the price, I expected it to arrive a little cleaner and more securely packed. I’m curious if anyone else has had the same issue, because it wasn’t terrible, but definitely not great either.

"Didn’t do anything for my bloating"
I tried this because the wording on the site made it sound like it would really help with gas and bloating, but I didn’t notice any real improvement. If anything, I felt even more gassy on a few days. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it felt like another one of those products with polished claims that don’t really match the results. I wouldn’t buy it again

I did notice my bloating got a bit better after using it, so I’ll give it credit for that. But the subscription stuff was confusing and not clearly explained, and getting a reply when I had questions took way too long. I kept feeling like I had to chase them for basic info. In the end, it helped my stomach a bit, but the hassle wasn’t worth it for me.

"Refund process felt like moving goalposts"
I tried returning my order and getting a refund, and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and every time I thought I’d done what they asked, there seemed to be some new step or requirement. It felt like the goalposts kept moving, and I had to keep chasing them just to get a straight answer. Really frustrating experience.

"Decent portal, but I wish it felt a bit safer and smoother"
The account portal does the basics fine, like checking my orders, so I can’t say it’s bad. But logging in and finding anything related to subscriptions feels clunky and a little confusing sometimes. Since it involves billing and account details, I’m cautious about clicking around too much or not being sure where I am. It works, but I’d feel better if everything was clearer and easier to navigate...

"Results took forever"
I ordered the test thinking it would be a quick process, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept checking my email for updates, and there really wasn’t much communication along the way. By the time the results finally came in, I was already frustrated. If you need answers soon, I wouldn’t count on this…
